We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Singapore Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs.

- Perform cold calling and phone screening to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
- Maintain complete candidate and client information in the database system and generate reports as needed.
- Ensuring all information is kept up to date.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; training will be provided.
- Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences or HR internship will be an added advantage.
- Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
- Good communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
