This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career talents who enjoy problem-solving, meeting clients, and building a long-term career in technical sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with people.
• Able to present ideas, solve problems and work as a team.
• Tech-savvy, eager to learn, proactive and driven to achieve results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage, engage, and nurture new & existing customer accounts.
• Conduct presentations, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Execute full sales cycle — from prospecting, quotation, follow-up to closing.

• Learn and master product knowledge (training provided).
• Translate technical information into simple terms for clients.
• Support customers with product usage inquiries and problem-solving.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
• Recommend suitable products/solutions to improve customer efficiency and reduce cost.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
