Sales Assistant

• Working experience in the sales industry.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin and other language is a plus)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and customer service focus.
• Confident, adaptability, teamwork, helpful and engaging personality.

OR

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude towards work.
• Available for weekend and afternoon shifts, especially during public holidays and festive seasons.
• Capable of handling various animals, including cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, reptiles, insects, and fish.
• Skilled in gentle animal handling to prevent bites due to fear or anxiety.
• Proficient in cleaning dirty and smelly cages.
• Able to lift heavy items like cages and sacks of food.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Follow all companies' policies and procedures.
• Accurately describe our petting zoo annual pass and ongoing promotion packages to our customers.
• Keep up to date with our promotion and any other collaboration information.
• Recommend and upsell petting zoo annual pass or any other promotion to our customers.
• Do social media posting or live during free time to promote our petting zoo or any other content related to our company.
• Basic sales closing and cashiering skills.

OR

• Feed and exercise animals as needed.
• Clean cages, selling area, backroom, and ensure tidiness.
• Maintain appropriate temperature and conditions for animals.
• Assist customers in handling cats or other animals.
• Serve customers, process payments, and offer advice on animal care.
• Sell pet care products.
• Receive and unpack stock, and stock shelves.
• Clean and tidy the shop.
