Account & Finance Executive - Kajang

Talentify Media Sdn Bhd is looking for a meticulous and responsible Account & Finance Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, assist with budget control, and support financial planning activities. This role suits a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of financial accuracy in a growing media company.

Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control to support strategic financial goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support cash flow management and forecasting activities.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when required.
• Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments on finance-related matters and budget planning.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and budget control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and time management skills.
