Internship Finance Operation Intern

The role offers hands-on experience with financial systems and exposure to end-to-end invoice processing in a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verify that all supplier invoices align with accruals or estimates before processing.
2. Ensure invoices are approved and processed in accordance with company guidelines and ISO standards.
3. Identify and dispute any incorrect supplier invoices by escalating them to the relevant department.
4. Accurately input and match invoices in the designated finance system (e.g., Cargowise) in a timely manner.
5. Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records of all processed invoices.
6. Support the finance and operations team with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Able to undergo a full-time internship for a minimum of 26 weeks.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of financial processes or invoicing is a plus.
