Internship Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Clerk Intern to support our finance and accounting department in daily administrative and accounting tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial documentation, and office administration.

• Assist in data entry and maintaining accounting records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents
• Organize and file financial documents systematically
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Liaise with internal departments for document collection and verification
• Perform general administrative duties assigned by the accounting team
• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experienced or familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting, AutoCount or related systems)
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems and financial documentation
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
