Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting, and organization)
  • Comfortable working with PDF documents (viewing, editing, extracting information)
  • Familiar with tools such as Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF software
  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions (invoicing, payments, simple reconciliation)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently in a fully digital (paperless) environment
  • Basic email communication skills (for handling clients/vendors)

Additional Advantage if you are :

  • Prior experience in admin or accounting role
  • Experience handling large amounts of data in Excel
  • Familiar with digital document management systems
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

This role is fully paperless — all tasks are performed using Excel and PDF documents. Candidates must be comfortable working entirely on a computer.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle and organize PDF documents (invoices, receipts, statements)
  • Extract data from PDFs and accurately input into Excel
  • Issue invoices and track payments digitally
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform basic reconciliation of transactions
  • Ensure all digital files are properly named and organized
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via email regarding invoices and payments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks in a fully digital (paperless) environment
All tasks are handled digitally using Excel and PDF documents. No physical paperwork is involved.
