• Travel globally to support customers, resolve technical challenges, and enhance product adoption.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal R&D teams, offering insights for product enhancement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of support cases, customer interactions, and field reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in field application engineering or technical support within the manufacturing or scientific instruments sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering and scientific instruments, including troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with global clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset for diagnosing technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
