Responsible monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Responsible for financial analysis.
- Handle daily finance operations, which includes but not limited to General Ledger, General Journals.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, corporate secretary and bankers in relation to annual audit.
- Liaise with suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and forecasting.
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Account or any related course (ACCA qualification or currently pursuing ACCA will be added advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field, and candidate who have full set account experience will be an added advantage,
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Independent & fast learner.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantages)
- 5.5 days work (Alternate Sat : 8.30am to 1.00pm)
- Candidate who able to start working with short notice will have an added advantage.
