Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferable Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the role needs to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experienced in product management, technical support, or sales support is an advantage.
- Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products, features, and technical specifications.
- Support the sales team by providing product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and customers.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, brochures, and presentations.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product performance and market positioning.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Support product launches and promotional activities.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Monitor competitor products and market trends.
- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.
