Senior Payroll Administrator

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in payroll systems (cloud-based or standalone payroll software is an advantage)
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is prioritized
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate HR records and handle employee-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Stay updated on Malaysian labor and employment legislation and apply best HR practices
- Collaborate with managers and departments to support staffing and HR operational needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements
