This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Rentalworks Group.
The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. While the position is primarily based in Bandar Klang, there is flexibility for some remote work.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Government Relations Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex government systems and processes, building relationships with government officials, and advocating on behalf of the organization.
This position requires a deep understanding of government policies, regulations, and public sector procedures to effectively represent the organization’s interests in both local and federal government matters.

- Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
- A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Attention to details· Experience in selling Rental services, DaaS (Device as a Service) or Seat management is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proactively work with team to coordinate sales activities
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners and customers
- Work closely with Operations and Tech Support team to coordinate projects and accounts management
