Randstad has recently partnered with one of the top IT company in Malaysia that provides manage IT infrastructure service and solution. They are looking to hire a Sales Director to be based in KL.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop key client relationships, and expand into new verticals or regions.
• Manage and optimise the sales pipeline; ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of sales performance.
• Oversee strategic accounts and manage high-value client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies and customer success.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to inform sales tactics and strategic planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT industry.
• Proven success in scaling sales teams and delivering strong revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of solution selling and complex sales cycles.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
