  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure records are updated and organized.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting arrangements.
  • Support the preparation of reports, letters, invoices, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Assist in maintaining student/customer records and database updates.
  • Support HR, finance, or academic departments with administrative tasks when assigned.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information and documents.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
