Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
- Prior administrative or office support experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure records are updated and organized.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and preparing meeting arrangements.
- Support the preparation of reports, letters, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders when required.
- Assist in maintaining student/customer records and database updates.
- Support HR, finance, or academic departments with administrative tasks when assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information and documents.
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
