• Develop & Debug – Work on real-world projects, coding and debugging web applications and backend services.
• Collaborate & Learn – Team up with senior developers and AI engineers to solve challenges and build innovative solutions.
• Software Integration – Help integrate different databases, APIs, and backend services.
• Optimize & Improve – Contribute to improving business logic and system performance.
• Technical Documentation – Write clear and structured code, flowcharts, and documentation to support development efforts

• Students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Project experience (academic, coursework, or personal projects) in Full-Stack PHP

• Basic knowledge of MySQL, MSSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Laravel, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• A strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and take on challenges
