Production Supervisor - Bukit Mertajam

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet established targets and deadlines

• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement production plans and schedules
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal efficiency
• Provide training and support to production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control metrics, and inventory levels
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the management team to implement them
• Monitor inventory levels and manage raw material usage to minimize wastage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role preferably in printing manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Aged 30-45 years.
