Administrative Assistant - Warehouse

  • Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
  • At least 1 year of experience in Admin Clerk Field/Store Assistant/Warehouse assistant
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Must know how to use computer and email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Can work under pressure and fast paced environment
  • Independent, team player, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, adjustments, cycle counts)
  • Prepare and update warehouse documentation (DO, GRN, invoices, reports)
  • Perform stock checks regularly to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all warehouse and billing records.
  • Liaise with Admin Department and Operations Manager for shipment of goods
  • Handle administrative tasks (filing, reporting, email coordination)
