- Communicate fluently in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Operate standard office equipment and software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiently.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, communicating via online text messages and emails.

- Respond to internal and external emails, phone calls, and routine inquiries.
- Complete all daily data entry and documentation tasks assigned.
- Proactive in organising office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating maintenance.
