Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or E-commerce.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce, demonstrating a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) to enhance user experience and drive sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective campaigns.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve customer engagement and retention through personalized communication and support.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles and experience in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize holding costs.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Shah Alam, adhering to the company's operational requirements and fostering collaboration with team members.
- Proven ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with business goals, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce environment.
- Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for search engines and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM), to drive traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce platform performance, using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Manage customer relationships through CRM systems, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock level monitoring, order fulfillment, and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to management.
