Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

- Basic data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (simple calculations and data entry)
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable is an added advantage
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia

- Able to support daily finance and administrative operations
- Handle daily Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation .
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper customer account records.
- Assist in preparing documents, filing, and updating financial information in the system.
- Support the finance team in administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
- Ensure records are properly maintained and tasks are completed on time
