Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Friendly, presentable & confident with customers
- Strong interest in social media, photography & content creation
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Creative, proactive & responsible attitude
- Experience in sales, retail or marketing is an added advantage
- Attend to walk-in customers and handle inquiries
- Coordinate customer orders & follow-ups via WhatsApp/calls
- Provide basic product info and assist in showroom needs
- Support team with day-to-day tasks as required
- Plan, create, and post engaging content on FB, IG, and TikTok
- Capture photos/videos of products, behind-the-scenes, promotions, etc.
- Edit visuals and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.
- Manage posting schedules and maintain brand consistency
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments & online inquiries
- Assist in running paid ads or boosted posts (training provided if needed)
- Stay updated with trends and propose creative campaign ideas
- Track performance and suggest improvements for better engagement
