- Lead and coordinate shipment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Ensure smooth collaboration with the Stock Section, Independent Surveyor, and Laboratory Section during operational activities.
- Identify and report any non-conformance or abnormalities in customer instructions to the Commercial Unit.
- Monitor operational processes to meet company targets and compliance standards.
- Supervise and motivate operational staff to maintain productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of shipment operations.
