Possess a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.
- Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; able to understand operation manuals and handle daily communication.
- Familiar with machine operation processes and able to carry out production according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues.
- Responsible and detail-oriented, ensuring production quality.
- Physically healthy and able to adapt to a standing work environment.
- Operate and maintain gravure cylinder production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to prevent equipment downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on finished cylinders, verifying dimensions, surface finish, and other specifications using measuring instruments.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, reporting issues to the supervisor and assisting with repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records, documenting machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
