Account Executive

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Financial Data Management
• Accurately record financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date bookkeeping records for sales, purchases, expenses, and other transactions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Prepare and process supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Bank Reconciliation & Financial Reporting
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Expense & Claims Management
• Review, process, and record staff expense claims in compliance with company policies.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and ensure timely submission of tax-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Support budgeting processes and assist in preparing financial forecasts and cost analyses.
• Retail Financial Reporting
• Prepare financial performance reports by outlet, tracking daily sales, expenses, and gross margins.
• Documentation & Audit Readiness
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible financial documentation system.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors by providing necessary support and documentation.
• Ad-hoc Assignments
• Perform other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the management.
