We are looking for a talented Web Developer with excellent communication skills to contribute to our web design activities. The successful candidate must be adaptable, possess a strong can-do attitude, and be capable of working on a number of assignments in parallel.

Responsibilities include:

Conceptualizing creative ideas with marketing team
Testing and improving the design of the company websites
Keeping up to date with websites technology and development
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
Incorporating new functionalities and features into the website to make it more user-friendly, effective and appealing
Digital retouching and image editing
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to maintain the appearance of the website

Requirements:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, GIMP, Inkscape or equivalent visual design tools
Specializing in using PHP and WordPress is a must.
Good understanding of SEO
Good understanding of Swiss Style and Material Design
Creative, obsessed with good design practices and an eye for detail
Strong communications skill
Design experience with multiple platforms and cross-browsers - desktop, tablet and mobile devices is a plus
Background in user experience design and knowledge of usability is a pluswordpre
