Field Service Technician

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting using circuit diagrams, AutoCAD, and engineering drawings (mandatory)
- Willing to travel within Malaysia and perform field-based work
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime during emergency breakdowns
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport
- Report directly to the Service Manager
- Install, commission, service, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration according to manufacturer guidelines
- Provide on-site technical support and user training when required
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Liaise with principals, suppliers, and internal teams on technical matters
- Respond promptly to service calls and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and company SOPs
