Cybersecurity Analyst Devop Engineer

We are looking for hiring a contractor resource for the Cybersecurity Team.

You will also contribute to the development of custom solutions where commercial tools fall short, with a strong focus on Python-based automation and integration.

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and application development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Linux and Microsoft systems and networkingfundamentals.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience working with security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
• Familiarity with security automation frameworks (e.g., SOAR platforms).
• Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk, Prometheus).

• Develop and maintain Python and Cortex XSOAR based automation scripts andmicroservices to support security operations.
• Integrate commercial and open-source cybersecurity tools into enterpriseenvironments.
• Collaborate with incident response, red team, and attack surface managementteams to understand tooling needs and deliver solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of cybersecurity tools.
• Ensure secure coding practices and contribute to threat modeling and securearchitecture reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response support as needed.
