Marketing Managers

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing management role.
• Experience in industrial park development, manufacturing, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with foreign clients professionally.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or European languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive / Manager to execute promotional activities and manage client relationships for our industrial park projects.

This role is critical in attracting and retaining international clients, particularly from Japan, Korea, Europe, and the United States. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and experience in B2B marketing within industrial or manufacturing settings.

Key Responsebilities:

• Execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns to attract international investors and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially from Japanese, Korean, European, or American markets.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Support business development activities including presentations, proposal preparation, and site visits.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and business matching events.
