Possess minimum SPM

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/Store supervisory role
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge in using inventory management software & Microsoft Office
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Able to work under minimum supervision, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• *No color blind
• Manage and oversee daily store operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods
• Storing and organising inventory in store to optimise space and accessibility
• Supervise and train other staff to maintain high standards of productivity
• Monitor stock level & replenish for materials & packaging when necessary to maintain above minimum order level
• Manage and handle all documentation related to warehouse/store
• Monitor delivery schedule and in-store orders
• To monitor & ensure incoming stock from suppliers are all in good order in term of quantity & quality
• Monitor & identify the problem of stock/order returns
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with inventory
• Ad-hoc task assigned by superior
