Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and customer-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!

In this role, you will interact directly with clients to design personalized corporate merchandise and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Interact with customers and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via WhatsApp messages or phone calls.
• Assist customers in designing their corporate promotional merchandise such as t-shirts, goodie bags, lanyards, mugs, and more.
• Prepare and send professional quotations and invoices based on customer requirements and internal pricing policies.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth coordination from sample design approval to final product printing.
• Arrange courier deliveries for completed orders using logistics services like Lalamove, Aramex, and others.

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, or other equivalent design software.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset (able to communicate via WhatsApp and phone professionally).
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries, design revisions, and order processing simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to follow through from design concept to final product delivery.
• Knowledge of printing processes (e.g., heat transfer, digital) is an advantage.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Chinese or BM is a plus.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about design and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be open to working in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor
• Annual leave entitlement of 20 days
• Compensation includes basic salary, EPF, commission, and performance incentives
