Site Supervisor (Waterproofing / Resin Flooring Projects) - Kajang

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to waterproofing and resin flooring projects.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site workers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Inspect work done and materials used to ensure consistency with technical specifications and drawings.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance, and material usage.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good working order.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and manage inventory on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, especially in waterproofing and/or resin flooring projects.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction or industrial flooring experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to project sites when required.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, project tracking tools).
• Possess own transport and valid driving license (if applicable).
