Site Supervisor

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
• Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Team player with the ability to mentor junior team members
• Responsible for proper deployment of company resources (machineries, equipment, materials, manpower) to ensure compliance with work standards.
• Coordinate, plan, report, and supervise workers effectively.
• Control work execution to meet time and quality requirements.
• Manage and coordinate daily construction activities (scheduling, resource allocation, task assignments).
• Ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor construction quality standards; identify and resolve deviations/issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and manage risks.
• Arrange for client inspections at all construction stages.
• Maintain accurate records: daily progress, material usage, equipment maintenance, incident reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain and monitor site operations:
• Record number of workers and daily tasks
• Track Delivery Orders (DO)
• Take site photos and videos
• Prepare progress reports
• Monitor timelines
• Handle tasks delegated by superiors in compliance with instructions
• Annual Leave
