- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including stoves, ovens, grills, and slicers, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, assisting with tasks as needed to meet customer demand.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any expired or spoiled items to maintain food safety standards.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing, wearing appropriate attire, and preventing cross-contamination.
