Job Sumnmary

Responsible for supporting the design, execution, and governance of total rewards programs, with a primary focus on compensation, benefits, and wellness. This role manages the annual compensation cycle, benefits administration, and wellness initiatives while providing operational support for key HR processes such as leadership meetings, vendor invoicing, and employee communications.

The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of compliant, competitive, and engaging reward programs.

General Responsibilities

Compensation:

  • Support the full cycle of annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and promotions.
  • Participate in market salary surveys (e.g., Mercer) by managing survey submissions, ensuring accurate and timely data input.
  • Support compensation benchmarking activities using survey data (e.g., Mercer) to support pay positioning and business decisions.
  • Support the maintenance of job grading frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market competitiveness.
  • Assist in job evaluations using standard methodologies to support job leveling, hiring decisions, and organization design.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide data-driven insights to support total rewards strategies.

Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, fringe benefits, and other statutory or contractual benefits.
  • Act as a liaison with insurance brokers, third-party administrators, and vendors to manage renewals, claims issues, and service delivery.
  • Monitor utilization and cost-effectiveness of benefits, and recommend improvements based on data and employee feedback.
  • Assist in the review and enhancement of benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure benefits offerings are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support the delivery of benefit-related communications and educational materials to improve employee understanding and engagement.

Wellness:

  • Promote a culture of wellbeing across the organization through regular communication, awareness drives, health & wellness activities, and wellness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and healthcare providers to develop, manage, and deliver effective wellness initiatives.
  • Track participation and impact of wellness activities, and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

Operational Support:

  • Process compensation and benefits-related invoices, ensuring timely submissions, reconciliations, and budget tracking.
  • Manage monthly scheduled and ad-hoc employee announcements by HR.
  • Maintain relevance of related policies and procedures to latest business needs, and recommend for enhancements.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits data in HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods and benefits administration.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Experience working with compensation survey platforms (e.g., Mercer) is an added advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
