Administrative Duties
  • Manage filing systems (physical & digital) for contracts, invoices, and documents.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal briefings.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring proper stock management.
  • Assist in maintaining licensing, certifications, or vendor registration documents.
Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate between sales, finance, and logistics departments for seamless B2B operations.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for weekly or monthly internal reviews.
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus!
