Diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field preferred

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahas Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Auto Count is preferred
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance
  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting systems
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, claims and payments.
Transaction Processing
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure alignment with general ledger
Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of internal reports and summaries
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations
  • Support audits by providing relevant financial documentation
Communication and Coordination
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Check, organise, and distribute finance related documents (invoices, receipts, statements)
Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the department as required
