Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and drink-making techniques
- Ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new menu items and procedures
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure drink presentation and quality meet company standards
- Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service area
- Restock supplies such as cups, milk, and coffee beans as needed
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
