- 1-2 years of administration experience is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

- Draft various official request documents and follow up on related processes.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist with VIP reception-related tasks.
- Organize and manage document archives.
- Support new employee onboarding, such as accommodation subsidy applications and office supplies preparation.
- Assist with asset management tasks, including asset disposal, depreciation accounting, and transfer procedures.
- Responsible for organizing and compiling attendance and overtime records, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments.
- Provide leadership support and cross-train other executive assistants.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
