Production / Maintenance Technician
E&R Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Diploma / Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience (fresh graduates with technical skills are encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent breakdowns
- Willing to work shifts or overtime if required
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues to minimize downtime
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and ensure quick recovery
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure all machines operate safely and efficiently
- Assist in machine installation, setup, and improvement projects
- Work closely with production team to support daily operations
- Follow safety procedures and company regulations at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
