- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Work at KL branch
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all corporate customer related problems
- Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve corporate customer’s problem.
- Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product problems
- To ensure corporate customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards
