Account Executive

Job Role:

1. Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering positive and long-term relationships.
• Understand clients' design requirements, objectives, and expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues till project completion.

1. Project Coordination

• Producing a job brief of what the client’s needs are and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop project plans and timelines.
• Ensure that projects are executed according to client specifications and within budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources, set priorities, and track project milestones.
• Liaise with supplier on arrangement/delivery and budgeting (cost production).
• Overseeing the status of advertising campaigns.
• Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
• Weekly reporting to account manager on project status.

1. Market and Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry-specific opportunities.
• Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to enhance service offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
• Min. of 2-3 years of proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role within a design/advertising agency.
• Account Management: The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Design Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of design principles and trends.
• Communications: You must be able to clearly and concisely communicate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Team Player: The capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams, including designers, creatives, and project managers.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing agency environment.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proficiency in AI tools, project management tools, and software design.
