Position: Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Finance Assistant
  • Generate and issue student invoices accurately through the finance system
  • Monitor student payments and update accounts accordingly
  • Ensure accurate financial records and real-time student account status
  • Coordinate with the Admin and Marketing Team to ensure accuracy of student information
  • Maintain student statements and financial records for MQA audit requirements
  • Follow up on overdue payments with students and parents
  • Handle counter payment collection and related enquiries
(2) PTPTN Lead & Administration
  • Collaborate with the Registrar’s Office to assist with student file and database verification
  • Brief and manage students on PTPTN application, agreement, and submission processes
  • Guide students through PTPTN requirements and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with the latest PTPTN regulations and institutional policies
  • Act as the main liaison between the institution and PTPTN officers
  • Handle PTPTN-related issues, student status updates, and loan disbursement coordination
  • Maintain accurate PTPTN records and administrative documentation
  • Support smooth communication between students, finance, and external agencies

Preferred Candidate:

  • Background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in PTPTN processing, education administration, student services, invoicing, or finance support
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with good compliance management and system administration abilities
