Position: Administration Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Finance Assistant- Generate and issue student invoices accurately through the finance system
- Monitor student payments and update accounts accordingly
- Ensure accurate financial records and real-time student account status
- Coordinate with the Admin and Marketing Team to ensure accuracy of student information
- Maintain student statements and financial records for MQA audit requirements
- Follow up on overdue payments with students and parents
- Handle counter payment collection and related enquiries
- Collaborate with the Registrar’s Office to assist with student file and database verification
- Brief and manage students on PTPTN application, agreement, and submission processes
- Guide students through PTPTN requirements and documentation
- Ensure compliance with the latest PTPTN regulations and institutional policies
- Act as the main liaison between the institution and PTPTN officers
- Handle PTPTN-related issues, student status updates, and loan disbursement coordination
- Maintain accurate PTPTN records and administrative documentation
- Support smooth communication between students, finance, and external agencies
Preferred Candidate:
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in PTPTN processing, education administration, student services, invoicing, or finance support
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with good compliance management and system administration abilities
