Retail Supervisor

Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/footwear industry
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Supervise and support daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and on-the-job training
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines
