  1. Menyambut dan melayan tetamu dengan mesra dan profesional.
  2. Menjawab panggilan telefon dan menyalurkan kepada pihak berkaitan.
  3. Mengurus surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar (courier, dokumen, dll).
  4. Mengatur temujanji dan mengemaskini jadual mesyuarat.
  5. Membantu tugas pentadbiran seperti filing, data entry, dan penyediaan dokumen.
  6. Memastikan kawasan kaunter hadapan sentiasa kemas dan teratur.
  7. Memberikan maklumat asas kepada pelawat atau pelanggan.
