Responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will play a key role in driving results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and implementing media plans for ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Forecasting potential KPIs for campaigns
- Directly managing digital ads—from setup to ongoing optimization
- Analyzing campaign success and recommending next steps
- Suggesting, designing, and implementing digital advertising strategies to maximize customer ROI
- Taking full ownership of the performance marketing process and committing to performance outcomes
- Reporting on digital performance metrics
- Building strong relationship with the team, and maintaining frequent communication
- Clearly and professionally communicating with clients and the internal team on questions regarding performance
- Addressing queries from the team promptly and effectively
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least five years of work experience as a digital advertiser or media buyer
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in setting up and optimizing ads on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Fluency in English—reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong analytical skills
- A strong understanding of online marketing tools (such as GA4 and Google Looker Studio)
- A BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
