- Basic skills in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software
- Creative, proactive, and not afraid to share new ideas
- Good writing skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with current social media trends and viral content formats
- Basic understanding of social media insights (views, reach, engagement) is an advantage
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Plan and execute digital content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Brainstorm creative ideas together with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Create photo and video content for products and company activities
- Edit videos and visuals using CapCut, Canva, or related tools
- Write engaging captions and basic copy aligned with the brand’s tone
- Keep up with digital trends and suggest viral-worthy content ideas
- Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, basic engagement, replies)
- Support content performance tracking (views, reach, engagement)
