Assistant Finance Manager (Property)

A property developer in PJ is looking for a career minded assistant finance manager to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the senior finance manager.

• Prepare financial statements and ensure proper maintenance of cash controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger including monthly account closing.
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform detailed analysis of consolidated financial results, highlighting key trends and variances.
• Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts and annual budgets, while tracking financial performance and variances.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Familiarity with consolidation tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details ...
