Sales Coordinator

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate
• Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients / Supplier
• Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
• Candidate willing to work at Bertam, Kepala Batas.

Responsibility :

• Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotation, contract, invoice, Sales PO, documentation processing)
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines;
• Handle general customers’ enquiries;
• Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment
• Responsible for the preparation of packing list & delivery note and related shipping documents;
• Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment order and local delivery arrangement;
• Update and maintain delivery schedules & shipment record in system;
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely.
• Update customer on the ETA (estimated time of arrival).
• Ensure prompt follow up to ensure the stock will be delivered to customer on time.
• Liaise with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
