Sales Executive

Minimum 1 year experience

• Minimum Education : STPM
• Creative and Strong communication skill
• Self motivated, result oriented and able to work independently when under pressure
• Able to establish good rapport with all prospect.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good time management
• Aggressive, willing to take the initiative, and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Language : Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Good in Computer Software : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Online Sheet
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and in person. Major prospects are dealing through whatsapp and in person.
• Handling customer questions and inquiries
• Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales and post sales
• Preparing and sending quotes and invoice
• Building and maintaining a CRM database
• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets (as needed)
• Participating in sales team meetings
• Able to analyze customer needs and character to offer the best product/service based on customer needs
• Able to analyze the needs of prospect, trend and sync IT with marketing team
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Build up and maintain a good rapport with prospects and customers. Listen to their wishes and concern.
