- Minimum Education : STPM
- Creative and Strong communication skill
- Self motivated, result oriented and able to work independently when under pressure
- Able to establish good rapport with all prospect.
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good time management
- Aggressive, willing to take the initiative, and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Language : Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good in Computer Software : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Online Sheet
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and in person. Major prospects are dealing through whatsapp and in person.
- Handling customer questions and inquiries
- Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales and post sales
- Preparing and sending quotes and invoice
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets (as needed)
- Participating in sales team meetings
- Able to analyze customer needs and character to offer the best product/service based on customer needs
- Able to analyze the needs of prospect, trend and sync IT with marketing team
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Build up and maintain a good rapport with prospects and customers. Listen to their wishes and concern.
