- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and well-stocked.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
- Assist with stock replenishment and receiving new shipments.
- Follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.
- Step in as Supervisor or Manager in their absence when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
